Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Our 5-day refund policy applies to all purchases of AI Humanizer Tool subscriptions or credits. To be eligible, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 5 calendar days of purchase.
- Have used no more than 10% of the purchased credits or services.
- Provide the original order number and email used to purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Services rendered beyond the 5-day window.
- Amounts for credits already consumed.
- Any fees paid for third-party integrations or add-ons.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email contact@aihumanizertool.com with:
- Your full name and email associated with the purchase.
- The order or transaction ID.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If your payment provider delays, allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear.
5. Partial Refunds
If you’ve used part of your credits but are eligible, we will refund the unused portion prorated based on your usage.
